Nick Waddell knows what customer service really is. my husband and I had wifi issues with our phones, we went to see Nick in the Lewiston store. He didnt really know the answer so he called customer service they helped him/us. we did what we were told to try. It still didnt help. We are now past our 15 days for returning the phones. Well Nick replaced our phones to a better phone. He treated us like friends and didnt want us unhappy.. when we went to the store we were happy he as working. Although they are nice here, they don't really know the products they are selling to people. I had to go to a different store to fix an issue that should have been taken care right out of the box. I have lost three months of coverage because they failed to tell me about a setting in my phone that should have been activated from day one. Oh well, just beware that they are not as knowledgeable as they say.
