RecommendedWent in today to update my phone ... what a great crew very friendly.. they were all busy when we arrived but they took care of us as soon as they could .. thank you very much customer service is an A+
When you walk into a store and every employee looks at you and no one says hello or they'll be right with you...not a good way to start the experience. Been standing at the front desk for almost five minutes now and still no one has greeted me and said someone will be right over! Ended up walking out and going to a corporate location where you are always greeted by a kind friendly employee who doesn't seem annoyed with you being there.
The team is amazing and friendly and super helpful!!! Been seeing Ricky for 8 years at LEAST if not longer his family and himself are so helpful and care about there customers and is a pleasure to work with!💜 Thank you for all you have done for myself and my family !! You guys rock!
Great crew and very patient with me when I just don't get it lol...They all feel like family ...I have been with them since they started and have watched Ricky and Jen grow to be amazing adults...They all really care about their customers ...thank you all...
First off I would like to thank Ricky Garland for the BEST customer service I have ever had at a US Cellular store. I have had many issues especially with the recall for the iPhone 7 and I had been to three different US cellular stores and been to the South Portland Apple support store twice and nobody could help me! He was able to help me with that issue plus the other ones I had! He made it very quick and painless! my phone finally died and I went in to get a new one. Willis and Ricky were working and let me just say those two are working machines. Never in my life have I seen 2 people that work so well together. Setting up a new phone can be stressful, but yet today wasn't even a little stressful. it's not often you see someone be able to do 3 things at a time, and do it right..all while still carrying on a conversation with me. hands down this is the store you want to go get your phone or handle any of your us cellular needs! thanks ... read more
