Losing or breaking your phone can be extremely Traumatic! Ricky took excellent care of me. I was amazed that he Was able to help me pay off my old phone and get me a brand new Gold iPhone XS and a new iPad for less than $200. He made an awful experience into one of the most wonderful days I’ve had in a while! I would highly recommend this US Cellular store over any other wireless retailer! They go above and beyond! He truly Makes things extremely easy on new purchases, adding a line or taking one off and made this years upgrade effortless.
