The office personnel are great and the Dr are great. It is a shame that they are attached to the hospital. The hospital puts policy over patient care. I was told that walking after the procedure is the best thing . They left my wife in the bed for 11 hours without walking. They told us that they were too busy. They said you can't help her. They waited 45 minutes to help her use the restroom. They wouldn't help her to the bathroom. It was an awful hospital experience.
