Came in for help with some routine account maintenance and Laryssa was able to help take care of everything that i needed. So nice to speak with someone who has experience and is so good with people. What i thought was going to be stressful was pleasant and I'm glad to be banking here!
Tried to use their ATM and it told me to take the cash, well no cash came out Panic time, I'm out of state, it's the weekend and I'm going to be charged for money I did not receive. I got back to campsite, got on US Bank mobile app and they already knew a problem occurred. Already credited my account back from the money I never got. Mobile app saved my sanity for the weekend.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get a home mortgage or refinance with this lender. Because after- YOU will get a call from many other lenders AT LEAST ONCE A DAY using AI voice recorded ad for months and months after! Not kidding. It has been 6 months so far and I am still getting calls 1-3 a day.
So far so good.
Incredibly difficult bank to work with. The workers lack both common sense and decency. They have no ability to work with you to solve any issue that is complex in any way.
