This place is a RIP off ..They sell junk cars and should not even be in Business ..They rob you and sell junk

I have bought 2 cars from Us auto. The 1st car was a 2011 convertible Chrysler 200. I got the car September 2020. After 6 months the *** brakes stop working and when I would go to stop the brakes would grab and release. I almost had several accidents because of this. I contacted US auto they told me to contact DOWC because I got the extended warranty. I contacted them they told me to take it to the shop of there choosing and they would pay to have it put on diagnostic machine. I done that they didn't pay. I had to pay $125. ... read more

If you are thinking of buying a car here DO NOT DO IT. they have trackers on the car RIDICULOUS APR ************ ON PEOPLE IN TOIGH SITUATIONS ESPECIALLY SINGLE MOMS ITS SICK. On their payment website you cant even see your payment history ????? How is there any transparency between the ******************* if I cant even see my payment history to make sure my payments are going through & Im not being scammed again. I purchased my car 2 months ago from US Auto I started having problems a month after I had got my car with the *** sensors take it to the shop cause I thought I needed an alignment they told me I couldn't get a alignment because I had multiple problems going on with my car so I went back to the dealership he told me to go to another shop for them to do another Diagnostics I did that. Who has given you a good review, seems to me the BBB should investigate your operation. I love to read reviews, I have never reviewed a Company with just one (1) star and not one good report.You may want to ******* your Career and you choices in employment and practices. I will be reporting your Company to the ** Auto Sales Commissioner. As, I reached out to your past customers they are all ****** ***** with low-credit rating (scores) or Hispanic. Different payment amounts, dated **** to **** ,lies on top of lies. No signature of sales person on contract. Copies of forgery. Etc Etc. Over charged. 07/14/21 got car. 08/25/21 I shelled out ******* More than crooks.

I'd leave no stars if I could. They buy auctioned off cars and make sure they run for the moment and look nice and them BAM you stuck with a **** lemon. They "claim" car fox inspected the car but facts are facts AND just cause a piece of paper says something doesnt make it true. My vehicle surely was NOT inspected. I've had this car for 2 months and 2 weeks after having it check engine light comes on... it goes to the mechanic and it has low transmission fluid (it's a sealed transmission) WHO SELLS A CAR WITH NOT CHECKING TH... read more

I have never been late on my car note I just recently started a new job and I call week in advance to get my payment change. They going to tell me to call back the week of, I just called back the week of and was told that I can't make any chances on my account because it will be past due in 3 days and they need 7 days.
