They have the worst customer service on the planet. As I was speaking with Rep Allison she is rude has no regards for others and think she can speak to me any kind of way. I simply asked for a manager and she told me my complaint has nothing to do with my account. The worst customer service EVER! 👎🏽
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! The day i left the lot my engine light came on and then went off. I was told not to worry because sometimes the system in vehicles do that. 2 weeks after car wouldnt start. I was told by US Auto servicing it needed a new battery. 2 weeks later broke down again...its been 3 weeks since its been in the servicing center. Mis diagnosed twice from needing a new Alternator, Crank shaft, AND NOW A NEW ENGINE. I work an hour away. Because i was told they were not obligated to give me a loner i had no way... read more
The process to buy my car was very smooth. However, I was suppose to have a 30 day warranty and the service center keeps trying to charge me $165 for a wheel alignment. The salesmen are really nice, but the service center is terrible. I am here right now still struggling to get my vehicle fixed. I had an appointment at 8am and 3.5 hrs later, I’m still here waiting on a wheel alignment. I’m still trying to figure out the point of setting the appointment. TERRIBLE SERVICE. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MAIN LOCATION AS I WAS TOLD BUT THEY DO NOT HANDLE ANY PROBLEMS CORRECTLY OR PROFESSIONALLY. I CALLED THEM AFTER HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A CAR I PURCHASED AT THE MACON LOCATION AND THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON ME AND SENDING ME UNAVAILABLE NUMBERS. MY PROBLEM IS STILL UNSOLVED AND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS US AUTO SALES TO ANYONE!
