Very polite and professional. Done a great job.
Jay came by our house for a heating inspection and service. He was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. He was in and out in a reasonable amount of time making it easy to get on with our morning routines. He left detailed notes about things he thought could be improved, and made sure we had all the filters we needed etc. We appreciate him.
Rocky was extremely helpful. He spent a little extra time answering my questions and making suggestions about some remodeling changes I am contemplating. I am old enough to remember when good service was commonplace but it is all too rare today. I have been a customer of Shamrock for several years and would highly recommend them to anyone.
