Rocky and Daniel did an excellent job installing a heater in a location that required modifications; both were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The total cost for the heater and installation was very reasonable; I highly recommend this company.
Rocky was finishing work at my neighbor's house. He took the extra time to answer my questions and take a quick look at my AC unit. His courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated, and he represented Shamrock very well. He appeared knowlegable, skilled and professional. I was very impressed!
Steve was professional and knowledgable of the A/C unit; diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. Clean cut and personable contributed to trust, reliability and workmanship. The timeliness of Shamrock's service was awesome considering the triple-digit temps here in the Phoenix valley.

Unfortunately I had to completely replace my very old, mismatched AC unit. Fortunately, I used Shamrock to do the job. They were prompt, thorough, and worked an incredibly long day full of hurdles and surprises. Very professional, polite, and on time!
I was very pleased with my experience with the technicians. We got a new air conditioner at a great price and the technicians were here on time and were efficient at installation. All three were very pleasant, were able to answer any questions that I had and completed the work. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I higyhly reccommend Steve as a technician for Shamrock Heating and Cooling. I was his last call of the day and even though it was afer 5:30pm he took the time to explain things to me that I had asked about. He even drew me a diagram so I could better understand what he was talking about. He was professional and helpful the entire time.
