Our technician, Jay Dubiel, did a fantastic job analyzing our needs. He explained in simple terms what he felt we needed and carried through on everything he suggested. I have my air conditioner serviced twice a year and have used Shamrock Heating and Cooling for the past three years. A locally owned company that provides great service. Jay, the technician that came to my home is great. He is friendly and respectful.
Rocky C. was very thorough and knowledgeable.
He was on time. Provided information on the status of the AC and parts requiring repair. He brought plastic sheet to capture dusts from accessing ceiling.
Jay was professional: on-time, informative, courteous, and protected our home as far as cleanliness. Shamrock has been great to do business with.
Jay did a super job of explaining my options and taking care of my concerns. He was very professional in his approach to his job and concerned that I would be satisfied with what he did for me.
Rocky did a great job tuning up our a/c units for the up coming summer season, very professional and courteous. He explained problems and concerns he found in our aging units. He even went the extra mile to clean the ceiling of finger prints after going into our attic ....would definitely recommend Shamrock for any heating/ cooling problems...ask for Rocky!!!

Our AC unit is nearly 17 years old and it is still going strong because Shamrock takes such good care of it! They are always very fair on what needs to be done vs. what could be done... We are very pleased with Shamrock!
