Well, let me think about the timeline...probably been eating US 31 BBQ ever since I can remember starting with Ottawa St. Lived next door to the Burris families for 10 years through high school. Worked at the BBQ for George 1966-68. My family, kids and grand kids love to have BBQ when they come to town. A great Muskegon tradition to say the least!
