It is an acquired taste. You may not like it at first try, so try all the meats and see which will be your favorite. Personally I love the ham. But husband loves the pork. And always get extra sauce. It is different than any BBQ sauce you ever tried. And let's just say it is addicting. You will want more. This is not a fancy restaurant. Just a little diner.
