Been driving an hour to come eat at this place for the last 15 years. Food is always the best. Not your typical BBQ but if you like pork you'll do just fine! Milkshakes and baklava are out if sight!
I love this place. My mother use to bring us (me, my sister and brother) there about once a month when we were little kids. That was such a treat for us. One of my favorite childhood memories. She is no longer with us. Brought tears to my eyes as i passed by it today.
Went there the other day as hadn't been since the 70's. I had the pork sandwich dry w the relish stuff on top. It was good but nothing I'd go out of the way for...I mean if I lived in the area I'd go a few times a year but I don't think I'd crave it.
We love U.S. 31 BBQ. It is the best I have ever tasted.
