I work here in the service dept. I bought my car here, even if I didn't work here I would buy my cars here, folks don't understand it's a difficult job being in the service dept. because of the very nature of the work, fixing stuff that you, yourself had no control over going wrong. Please understand myself and all of the guys on the Urse team are here to do what we can do to make your difficult time easier. My Family has had a vehicle in the service departments hands for 2 months. So far the service here has been awful. There service department never keeps you updated on whats going on with your vehicle. They will actually lie to you just to get you off the phone. Most of the repairs they say they did never actually got done. They do repairs to the vehicle that were not asked to be done. There is no communication between any of the service managers. Wow Service department has had my daughters van for two months now So another weekend another holiday has come and gone and a mother of two small children putting her way through college working evenings still has no vehicle to transport her kids back-and-forth the only contact we have had from urse is us calling and complaining and yes even getting downright belligerent with them with no results But they did tell us the original problem valve chatter that we took the van in for has not been fixed and is not under warranty u... read more

Absolute worst service department in the country! I would not recommend buying anything from Urse! The only reason I gave 1 star is because it wouldn't let me post my review without it.
I couldn't be happier for the game tickets, the car, and how awesome you guys were for helping me!
Giving them a 1 star seems like I'm being too nice. Their service department is horrible!!
