Talked to the service department and manager Rod at Urse Dodge Crysler today. Both refused to fix the UConnect recall on my new jeep. I live 1/2 mile from their dealership. They said they could only work on vehicles bought at their dealership and they weren't the same as Urse Jeep in Fairmont. It's all owned by Urse. The recall is for all Dodge Crysler Jeep vehicles. Purchased 2 fiats called for warranty work to find out without warning or contact they no longer deal with fiats and we were on our own. No help locating a new dealer.
Great Sales Team! They work hard to get you the best deal around, never have I had a dealership work as hard as they did to get me into my dream car. They're super knowledgable and never pushy. I'll recommend these guys to everyone!
Another day wasted in Morgantown waiting for an oil change, and tire swapping. 3 hrs 15 minutes. I have dealt with them since they first opened and while they are fast to sell you a car but getting maintenance work done takes longer. In past Urse told me 3 weeks for a warranty job, however I went to Patriot dodge in Oakland Maryland and had it fixed in 2-3 days, plus gave me a loaner car. How does a dealership this size not have loaners? If Patriot were authorized to do my free oil changes I'd never go back to Urse.
I'm from out of town and they welcomed me in like family.! No problems whatsoever. And when the Chevy dealership up in university town centre didn't want to help and told me to take it else where I brought it to Urse. Everyone remember me, my friend, and my little boy and welcomed us back. No complications, no questions. Other than "what's the problem and how can we help.?" Hands down the best dealership in Morgantown.
Still waiting to be acknowledged. Standing here 15 mins now in the service department. Horrible
