I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Had my husband's truck twice in the last 2 months for the same issue. Second time, they kept it for 3 weeks, never calling to provide a status update. My husband always had to call. After 3 weeks, they said they didn't know what was wrong with it after letting it idle for 8 hours and running down 3/4 of a tank of gas (which they didn't replace). Picked up a 2010 ram the other day and Mark, Jamie, and Ralph were great! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Definitely will be back for more vehicles and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
Had an awesome experience dealing with the guys down Morgantown. The salespeople were very helpful and knew their product. The managers were very eager to help out and I would recommend these guys to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle!
When I went into urse they treated me like there family and did there best to help me out everyone there is awesome but I'd highly recommend seeing deon and mark I bought a 2014 ram and that's all because of those two thank u so much!
I was told by 1 of there head mechanics my trucks ecm needed flashed, set up a appointment which had to wait a month dropped it off an went back later in the evening to get told ur truck is to old to flash the ecm but we ran a diagnostics test on it an found nothing wrong here's ur bill for 100+$ an i didn't take it to them 4 that so y did u do it?
