The sign on the door not allowing concealed carry ended any business from me!!!
Worst service dept. Won't answer won't call you back. Also, an oil change takes at least 4 hours. Detailed took almost 8 hours. Also they never have the parts to fix the recalls on my jeep. Called them when my check engine light came on and stopped shifting and after multiple phone calls and messages left I finally got to someone. They said they won't be able to get my jeep in for almost 2 weeks and refuse to give us a loaner (we paid extra for) since our jeep is unable to be driven.
Traveling nearly 800 miles we had car trouble with only 180 miles to go. Luckily, every employee at Urse was willing to do whatever it took to get us back on the road in only a few hours with no appointment. Excellent work!
Had my jeep in the shop upwards of 15 times since I bought it in February over a faulty heated seat and a radio giving me error messages. I also had to take it back once because whoever was working on the heated seat scratched the trim up. They did give me a free oil change. . . Woopty doo! 15 days to be without a brand new vehicle I just purchased is rediculous! I will never buy a car from this place nor would I recommend them. I wish there was a 0 star option.
We have been there twice in one week, cash in hand and not one person would even second glance at us or give us the time of day. Terrible customer service.
Went to trade in my car, and I owe money on it still which they said was fine. Told me if I could get a check for 500. Bucks they would work with me. I drove a hour away to go get a check and went back down and sat around for a while. Then got pulled in the office. They told me they couldn't do anything to help me. They wasted my time and gas! Thanks for nothing!
My son signed all the paper work to buy a new dodge ram , supposed to deliver it to him next day, picking up it up from another dealer. Made him sign all paper work before he even saw the truck, Weird!! When they went to pick up the truck , it had a lift kit on it that didn't show up in paper work. they told him that if he still wanted that truck it would be another $5,000 . Seems to me he had already bought the truck but they reneged on the contract. SHADY!! So BEWARE of this dealership...
