Dr. Parres performed a urolift on me Nov 20, 2018. He did not verify my prostate/bladder physiology prior to the procedure. The result was that 3 of 5 urolift clips were anchored in my bladder. This caused me 2 years and 8 months of intense pain and constipation. I did not find out what was causing my pain until June 6, 2021, when a different urologist did a reverse angle cystoscopy and found the remnants of the 3 clips (I had a turp Dec 15, 2020 which removed the urethral half of the 5 clips, but the pain persisted). Best Doctor around! Understanding and Professional. People at the counter needs a severe attitude adjustment.
My surgery was performed without any problems. He has great 'bed-side manner', not aloof at all. Very easy to communicate with (responded quickly to my questions via electronic messages).

Professional, personable, knowledgeable, educational and unhurried; took time to explain symptoms and treatments; has a friendly disposition and pleasant manner
Does not rush through office visits. Easy to talk to and responds openly to questions about treatments and resulting expectations. Follows currently recommended treatment programs for prostate cancer. Personally responds quickly in advising patients of test results.
