Dr. Parres is excellent. He’s very thorough and genuinely cares about his patients.
He listened my description of problem, showed my CT scan to me and explained what the possible problem was. Explained the possible treatments. Was very friendly and I would recommend him as an urologist.
Dr. Parres had reviewed my records and problem before he met with me. He took the time for me to explain my condition and what had occurred. He reviewed my CT scan with me on his computer and explained what he saw as a possible problem. We discussed what the possible problems could be and the potential treatments. He even called me at home later that night after he discussed my situation with another doctor. I appreciate his concern and time taken to review my problem.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and speaks in plain language. Made me feel at ease about the procedure and kept me that way by describing it as he did it. I could not have a better doctor.
Dr. Parres is very good at explaining options and treatments. I am very pleased with how my surgery turned out. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Parres performed a urolift on me Nov 20, 2018. He did not verify my prostate/bladder physiology prior to the procedure. The result was that 3 of 5 urolift clips were anchored in my bladder. This caused me 2 years and 8 months of intense pain and constipation. I did not find out what was causing my pain until June 6, 2021, when a different urologist did a reverse angle cystoscopy and found the remnants of the 3 clips (I had a turp Dec 15, 2020 which removed the urethral half of the 5 clips, but the pain persisted).
