His ability to make everything in clear and easily understandable terms. His friendliness and the time he takes explaining everything.
I have been seeing Dr Williams for about a year. She is very thorough and compassionate. She helped me figure out what was going on with my bladder. She performed a cystoscopy in the office today and it was absolutely painless. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Williams takes time to listen to my concerns and she doesn't preach or give directives but seems to want to work toward a good outcome. She asked what I wanted to do for the next step after giving me some suggestions.
I would highly recommend Dr. Parres to anyone needing a urologist. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns.
The doctor was really nice and explained all my concerns. The office staff was nice also.

You are stuck using their catheter supply service which is spotty. Get a prescription if you can.
He is the best Dr ever, he listens to you, easy to talk too, understanding. You leave the office feeling like all my questions were answered tks Dr parres
