Following some preliminary tests, we had a very thorough, understandable discussion of my condition, my treatment plan and my prognosis for a complete remission. On schedule, polite, helpful staff. He recommended a local radiation oncologist for my prostate treatment, and I was very pleased with the experience and results. His staff were also able to find financial aid to help purchase my drug. I highly recommend Dr. Katsikas and will continue to be his patient in the future.
I was referred to Dr Parres by my GP after an elevated PSA. Dr. Parres followed for a visit, tested, diagnosed prostate cancer, and operated successfully. I have continued to see him for 5 years, I find him to be knowledgeable, personable, and comfortable. Recently PSA levels again began to rise. Dr. Parres monitored for a couple months, ordered additional testing and body scans, and we identified that my prostate cancer had spread to another part of my body. I’ve been a patient for many years. She feels more like a friend than a doctor. Always takes as much time as I need. She always has great recommendations for me to try. Really tries to solve my issues. Listens to my ideas without making me feel dumb.
This was a first visit based on a referral from my PCP. Every aspect of my visit from making the appointment to scheduling a follow-up appointment after my visit went smoothly. Dr. Williams took ample time to explain my condition and treatment options. She provided me with literature to review so I could better weigh my options. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Parres is a good doctor, however, scheduling appointments is ridiculous. Husband released from hospital with catheter. Called his office 3 days later to have catheter removed. They couldn't get him in for 6 weeks. SIX WEEKS!!!
Dr. Parres and his entire staff have been wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better care than I have received!
My experience was very comforting. Dr. Katsikas is personable, and has a very good manner with patients. Answered my questions thoroughly.
The staff at Urology of St. Louis are excellent, proficient and courteous. Dr. Williams is an excellent Urologist. I feel that I am in good hands regarding my urology issues. I highly recommend her!
Excellent doctor. She came into the appointment having looked over my records. She asked a lot of questions about my issues in order to get a good understanding of how it was impacting my life. She answered all questions I asked and explained what the next steps would be to be sure we know what is causing my issues and the best way to treat it. Doctors like that are so hard to find.
