They never answer and they never return my call. I have been waiting on their call for a date on my surgery. No update at all. This is ridiculous.
This place is terrible. Find another urologist.. the front desk nurses or the receptionist are RUDE! Doctors don’t care about your issues.. they will later send their P.A.’s, I went for a second opinion and it turned out I was prescribed medicine that I shouldn’t have been taking in the first place…
If you are a veteran referee by community care avoid this place at all costs. This place has no compassion for disabled veterans. I was referred by the VAs community care provider. I was told they only deal with retired veterans not disabled. My experience with the office has been harrowing to say the least. I was referred by the VA to this office, for specific treatment for a kidney stone. I was met with a dismissive office staff stating they didn't take VA community care program. I was given an appointment almost a month later. Got 3 text messages to check in, registration @ regarding time of appointment, nothing about being there 30 minutes ahead. If you want the patient to be 30 minutes early then say that on your text.
I had a great experience for my first visit. Easy to make an appointment. Doctor was knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and answer any questions. Office has a good vibe.
