twice ive been referred to this facility and twice ive canceled my appointment because instead of them knowing what information they need from my referral source they make me call and try to explain to them what they need. And instead of me being able to send them my new client paperwork, i have to show up 30 minutes early for my appointment for some asinine reason? I get the privilege of waiting 30 minutes for my appointment? Because my time isn't important? I'm paying for this service, they aren't providing me with free se... read more
