My son went to have a problem seen about. The doctors were very nice, and he had no problem with the way he was treated. However, he was prescribed a medication that needed authorization for the insurance to pay. The doctor's staff needed to contact the insurance company and provide information to them so they could authorize it. A week has now passed, and he still can't get them to do their job! He has called every day, and today, he even went in and got very stern with them about it. All she would say is that they would pu... read more
