We are so glad Thomas was working the day we came into Z's Please! We were interested in a temper pedic bed, which is a very big purchase! Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and took as much time with us as we needed.
I had a Simmons warranty issue and the staff was very helpful despite this being a no-sale situation. Special thanks to Bo and all his help with finding a replacement mattress.
