My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Urner's Z's Please. Thanks Thomas for your help finding a mattress that's perfect for us!
We came in not knowing what type of bed we were looking for. We were greeted right away yet were still allowed to take our time and try out several different mattress types and styles. Shaun answered all of our questions and helped us pick out THE ONE.
On a whim, we decided to mattress shop on a Sunday. It had been a many years since we did this and technology has changed this process so much. Thomas was wonderful. He took the time to go through everything with us and we walked out extremely happy! It was a great experience.
After several months of contemplating, we finally bought a tempurpedic mattress yesterday. We've had nothing but excellent customer service from Thomas. He's is extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the best bed for us. Cannot say enough good things about him. Thank you Thomas for all your help!
Great store. 2nd time customer and both times the staff could not have been more courteous and helpful to get us the product we truly needed. Thomas took care of us very well. Highly recommend this store.
Had a great experience Thomas and Mary where very helpful on what type of beds would be good for my growing teenage boys. Best price in town!! I will defiantly be telling my friends and family to go down to see you all!! I got two new beds for my boys and it didn't break the bank!!!
First time coming into an Urners of any kind but so glad we did. Thomas was awesome at finding the perfect bed for me. He was very kind and definitely listened to my wants in a new bed.
We just recently purchased an adjustable bed from Z's Please and found it to be a very pleasant experience. Thomas introduced me to various options and patiently answered all my questions. The store is huge and beautiful and I felt a little like Goldilocks as I tried out various mattresses to narrow my choices. I finally found one that was "just right", and we are sleeping happily ever after now!
