Friendly courteous service, needed my car worked on right away, the service department made sure I got in right away and gave me a loaner while they worked on mine.
Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. I was given numerous dates and times. It was great that I could pick a day that was most convenient to me. Everyone there are always friendly and treat you like family. Nice waiting room, good coffee and I even got a free car wash. Thank you Urka's.
We were pre-approved for financing however when we came in they totally disregarded it and said they probably couldnt do anything and they'd give us a call if they could do something,they made us feel very unwelcome didn't even run a credit check on us, we had the impression that they didn't want to check for us because we were young and didn't appear wealthy, well we pulled out and went right next door to another dealership and left there with a brand new journey that same day, we never did receive a call from urka.

I'm sure the sales staff are a bunch of nice people, but do not go to the service department. The damaged my car and wouldn't even offer to help fix, they just claimed that it was my fault, but I left the car there to get it fixed. They couldn't even find the oil leak that I was complaining about. I found it, why couldn't they? I took it another dealer and they found it, but by the time it got to them my turbocharger was ruined. $1,000.00 is now what its going to cost to get it fixed.
