Tried to get in a 2016 traverse took 5 hrs to just get denied .Four days later went to muskegon chevy dealer and in two hour walk of the lot with a 2016 chevy equinox fully loaded with no money down now a proud owner of 2 2016 with one at a $53000 value and one at $39000 value guess at urkas u gotta be old and retired to get a new car or truck or foreign race . con job, hard sell, no test drive, didnt get what I was expecting, unable to remedy, problem not resolved, stress level thru the roof, everyday it's a new issue, I'm extremely unhappy......will never do business with them ever again!!!!!
Mixed reviews, very friendly and we were in and out fairly quick. But after I bought my car I found the price was 600 dollars less on there website than what I paid for it. :(
