Went to Urgent Care after being sick for two weeks with a cough. They were nice & the doctor extremely thoughtful. I have no complaints about the nurses or my treatment-will come back if the need arises.
Wonderful treatment by the nurses. Great facility!
Others are closer to my home, but I like this place the best! Not my primary care, but my urgent care needs! I've been going there for 4 years for strep or flu or small emergencies.
I got a sports physical for my daughter done here for cheer tryouts. Soon after I realized I needed this physical on a different form. They refused to transfer the information to a different form saying I would have to pay for another sports physical. (Grovetown location)
Go somewhere else! You are only a number to this office! I went in bc I found a lump in my breast! The nurse didn't think that it was cancer and it took weeks to refer me to someone that could do a mammogram. Then the place didn't take my insurance! So I had to find a place and when I did they got my results and told me that it was tissue damage. Well I changed my insurance and went to a doctor that cares and come to find out it was breast cancer!!! Do not go to this office!!
I'm literally sitting here with my kid right now who clearly has the flu. The place was not packed (at least not the lobby) when I arrived. Took 5 mins to call me back, 5 mins to take his vitals..., and now we've been sitting in this HOT room for 34 mins with not even a peek in to check on us. It's FANTASTIC to know that all the money I pay for healthcare is so well spent on a system that doesn't have URGENCY for urgent care patients. I may as well go pay the $150 ER copy. They at least come see you quite a bit faster.
They got me in and out of there quick without losing their attention to detail.
