My husband had myalgias and flu-like symptoms. We saw Angela Powell who treated for flu but when he had symptoms recur, she threw the book at him and ordered a multiplicity of testing for rheumatoid, infection, you name it. The Thomson office removed me from their care and Dr Carter wasn't even my pcp. I don't have a pcp. I've never laid eyes on Dr Carter. Apparently as a medicaid patient you can't demand better, faster care and referrals to specialists to biopsy thyroid tissue. They were on and on about my anemia when I have known I'm anemic for nearly 30 years. these people never answer the phone. they never return calls. they continuously make billing errors.
Waited in the waiting room for over an hour and they were taking people in that came after me been in the back about half still no doctor
The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and the PA was nice but the nurse today was awful. After I was seen I waited 30 minutes to get the medicine they said I could get in the office. When I tried to ask for an update I was told we are busy. I waited 30 minutes for nothing. I’m on my way to the pharmacy to get medicine and hopefully they did send the medicine over.
Love this place. Always get excellent service. Highly recommend.
I have always had a great experience at Urgent MD. I usually see Claudia Latch, and am always diagnosed as quickly as possible.
I always receive excellent care here. I would highly recommend 😀
