They sent me to collections because I missed one payment which the balance left was only $44! My card got hacked and I didn't realize I hadn't updated it which 100% was not intentional. No one called bout a missed payment at all until today when I got told I got sent to collections less than two weeks after the one and only missed payment without any notice! What kind of place sends you to collections without even trying to contact you about it! How messed up is that!
Dr. Adams, Casey, and Julie are the best. I’m so appreciate of Dr. Adam’s and his team. They truly provide the best care for me. When I message them on their portal, I always get same day responses. I love this place.
There is a reason most reviews here are good. Pointing out their shortcomings will lead to you being discharged as a patient! But they will be doing you a favor. They have a nurse who will falsify triage info, rather than do her job. Once you catch her in the act, it ruins trust. And, it would be a nightmare to be alone in an exam room with her, ever again! If you must go, make sure you get the young nurse and not the bitter old lady who clearly chose the wrong profession.
Very caring group of Doctors, nurses and staff.
Techs and cooks aren’t reliable they don’t get you want you need on time and they refuses to wash clothes when you ask even if you have wash days they don’t let you know. They aren’t always there when you need them and they won’t let you make phone calls until 5 days of being there
