Techs and cooks aren’t reliable they don’t get you want you need on time and they refuses to wash clothes when you ask even if you have wash days they don’t let you know. They aren’t always there when you need them and they won’t let you make phone calls until 5 days of being there
I love Dr Baker and this office. Julie, up front, can seem curt and uncaring at times, if you have an issue. But Dr Bakers nurse is the reason for this review. Julie wasn't even there, and I was so glad to see a fresh kind face, behind the glass window. All was well. I was retrieved from the waiting room and taken to be weighed. Then, I went to the exam room and my doctor's nurse came in and sat down at the computer and started typing. Never a negative experience. Treated like family every visit.
Unethical billing practices. The goal is to rip you off. For most of my medical questions the answer was “I can refer you to a specialist.”
