Arron and Kelly are the best ever!! My boyfriend was seen within an hour of my first phone call to the emergency number online. "They are Angels", my boyfriends exact words. If u r in pain call urgent care, they will take care of you anytime. I am so relieved and happy with their service that this review is being written while watching his tooth being pulled (right now sep 22 @ 8:45 pm). Thank u so much urgent dental! We will be back for any future dental care.
I would not recommend. Dr. Atwood kept me waiting for over a week to negotiate fixing a cracked tooth. I was in severe pain. The receptionist kept saying that the dentist would return my numerous phone calls but no one did. After a week of pain, I found a different dentist to get the work done. So much for 24 hour urgent care. Forget it.
No "chairside manner", no follow up to see how you are. Does not warn you against taking aspirin after a major procedure. The Premium dentures must come from the 99 Cent store, they are totally ill fitting and make you look like a jackass. Went elsewhere and the dentist laughed at the dentures when he saw them and asked if I had them made in Mexico !!
I have been dealing with a toothache for the last year and have visited a discount dentist twice in that time. Each time I was sent home with a prescription for pain killers and scheduled to come back in two to three weeks to have my tooth pulled. Well the pain killers worked, and after a few days no more toothache. So when my appointment time came I blew it off cause I was no longer in immediate pain. My dog broke my top front tooth last night and I thought I was going to be stuck with it that way. Every other dentist I called said I needed a root canal and a crown which would have cost me over $600.00 after insurance. He fixed my tooth in less than 30 minutes and it only cost me $66.00. I got my tooth fixed!!!!!!!! Dr. Atwood is the best dentist I have ever been to and I would recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Atwood. Kellene
