I was in and out in about 10 minutes. That's the fastest doctor visit I've ever had. Dr. Jerry is an excellent listener with a down-home, laid-back manner (but serious about his job). He demonstrated concern for what was in my best interest as a patient medically and financially, not about what might make his practice the most money on my visit. I have been here a couple of times this year. I have asthma, and frequently deal with a lot of lung issues because of it. The first time I chose them, it was because they had an on site x-ray machine, which meant they could check for pneumonia since I am high risk for it. (My general care doctor does not, and I would have had to wait two days for an appointment that they would then send me somewhere else to get x-rayed.) The staff here is very nice and professional! If you are looking for urgent care then please look no further! This doctor has a lot of knowledge from years of experience working in an emergency room! I am not one to go to the doctor but if I could choose a clinic this would definitely be the place!!! He has the BEST bedside manners! His nurse is equally as nice and professional. My 1 1/2 year old woke up at 4am with a fever and congestion. I couldn't get in with our normal provider so when I read they took younger children we tried them out. Everyone was super pleasant and helpful. They sent a RX over electronically. Great trip (given the situation) :)

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff with a convenient, clean, well equipped facility. I've been there a handful of times and am always in-and-out in ~30 minutes. I have and will recommend Urgent Care Specialists to anyone!
