Definitely a top notch facility! I have been a few times myself and have always been very pleased. Today, I brought my two daughters in for a shot. They were both nervous and scared and Dr. Wolcutt sat with them and distracted them, talking about school and soccer, while the nurse gave them their shots. In and out in 15 minutes. The nurse and the receptionist were also very sweet and helpful.
Always take care of me and they know their stuff! :)
Dr Bracey and his staff were amazing today! Spent plenty of time with my daughter and thoroughly explained everything to her! Top notch!! Love this place!!
So impressed! Everyone was very friendly and worked with me through some confusion at the front desk. Dr Bracey was one of the best doctors I've ever seen. Very personable and took his time to ask questions and thoroughly explain everything. I wish he was my primary care physician!
I walked in and I wasn't sure if Urgent Care acceptedmy insurance so the receptionist quickly looked it up with no complaints. From start to finish the whole staff was amazing. I would highly recommend this place and I'll be returning not to mention how amazing my doctor and nurse both were! I'm a baby when it comes to needles and my nurse sure made the most uncomfortable part easier for me!
Excellent and professional patient care. I appreciate the health care service being available on a Saturday. Medical staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their profession.
Urgent Care of LA accepted my sick child even though we arrived after 6:30 pm, which is the last patient time. The entire staff was friendly and never made me feel like they were in a hurry to leave. The doctor was thorough and had great bedside manner with my child. Also, the registration process is easy and the facility is spotless. I highly recommend Urgent Care of LA.
We ALWAYS get wonderful care here. Dr. Paul Bracey and Dr. Chris Wolcott..... I'd go see them even if I didn't love them!!
