they refused to treat me instead called the police for a wellness check" after if coarse taking my$55 co pay. All because I was wearing my new dentures and they make me slur my words. then when we returned to pick up our truck Dr Walcott was attempting to break into my truck. police were notified but refused to allow me to file a police report. The staff is amazing! My general practice Doctor couldn’t get me in yesterday until August 1st. They even call and check on your recovery! Health Care made as easy as possible.
As a busy business owner it’s never easy for me to find time to go to the doctor when I’m feeling bad. I called Urgent Care yesterday around 4:25 when I decided I just had to do something. Got there 15 minutes later and was out the door by 5:05. The ladies at the front were kind and accommodating. Austin in the office was helpful (I never have my insurance card), and the nurses and Dr. Doyle were terrific. I felt like I got a thorough examination and that my time was valued. I took my mom there yesterday. There was very little wait time. Dr. Bracey and the nurses were wonderful. A complete work up was done and my mom was treated accordingly. If you are a loved one need urgent care, I highly recommend urgent care of Louisiana!

Huge shout out to Urgent Care of Louisiana. Saw them today. Even though I had to wait a few min. They kept keeping me up to date with the progress. They had a medical emergency and had to call 911. Great staff. I work above Quick Kare and still chose to come to Urgent Care. Top notch care. Thanks to everyone. I feel so much better.
I took my father there to get a flu shot today. He is 87 years old and on chemo so they went out to the car and gave him his shot so he didn’t have to go in and risk picking up anything. I was very impressed that they did that to protect him. I also went there several months ago for a bad case of poison ivy and they were great then as well. I highly recommend them. They are awesome!!!!!!!!!
