All staff were very nice. Nurse Lori and PA were very thorough and thoughtful...didnt have to wait long to be seen. Great experience all around.
Very short wait. I had a dislocated thumb that had been hurting for a week. needed to xray it to make sure it wasn't more serious. Didn't have to go to the hospital for crazy. They provided an appropriate brace to keep it immobile. already better next day. friendly staff. very satisfied!!

Urgent Care of Ada is GREAT! Everyone was so friendly and professional, with particular interest in patient care and comfort. The facility was VERY sanitary and clean, and the staff took every precaution to ensure protection from covid-19. I was treated with care and was impressed by the ENTIRE staff, from the front desk to the exam room. Urgent Care made me feel very comfortable, and we'll looked after! I highly recommend this compassionate, professional facility, and thanks again!!!
Fast and friendly, this was my first visit and I’m from Missouri. The check in was fast and the doctor was great
The lasies were very nice and had my son in and out of there knowing what was wrong after we had spent hours at mercy.
A little wait but the people ard so nice
They absolutely listen to what I had to say and then they gave their advice, the later on the evening I have to talk to the doctor and she was perfectly willing to follow me back
