Called this morning and asked if I could get a bus drivers physical; was told yes we do that. Show up this evening and get told we don't do those here. Then I get told I didn't even call by reception.
I have only used Urgent Care three or four times, but the service was outstanding each time. The only problem is that the wait time can be long, depending on when you arrive. (Frankly, I would recommend arriving as close to opening time as possible.)
I will NEVER return here again. Don't let the hours of operation fool you. They refused to see my 8 year old that was throwing up. This was last week. I have always used this shotty company. I will now ONLY use Quickcare Urgent Care! They are amazing! I hope this not so "urgent care" closes down! All I wanted to do was avoid ER. And thanks to the other place (quickcare) it was possible! With no thanks to these lazy so called doctors! And go ahead... Send me some passive aggressive email. I will go to corporate and start post... read more
