Went in in December of last year. Now, several months later, they keep calling and sending bills saying I never paid my copay (I definitely did). Three separate phone calls with them saying they will fix it and they still haven't and won't leave me alone.
I was in so much pain with my knee. Arrived around six after work because my regular doctor could not see me for 2 weeks. Got right in, the nurses were great, and I cannot say enough good things about PA Jennifer Albert. She had me xrayed, diagnosed, 2 shots to boost start the recovery, wdhich turned out to be bursitis, snd 2 prescriptions called in, with a timeline on healing. Terrible at diagnosing! Gave me a steroid shot for conjunctivitis which only caused problems and did nothing for the infection. Diagnosed TMJ when there was absolute nothing wrong with my jaw. I was sorry I went here!
I visited this location on 12/4 and then again on 12/7. I had a really bad infection that got worse. I was very please with the staff there. They were all very nice and welcoming. The doctors really listened to my concerns and explained my condition thoroughly. I will definitely continue to use this location.

My husband and son were treated by Dr. Roy multiple times and the care they recieved was Excellent in every way. He spent time listening to concerns and discussed treatment options. My family is a priority when they were patients there. Thank you so much. 5 stars***All around*** Front desk staff as well as MA's were professional as well...Amazing customer/patient service here.
