I visited Jennifer Albert to hopefully make her my PCP and to get a referral to see my cardiologist, immediately after my company switched to an HMO which required the referral. Not replying to my phone calls. Person in charge of the billing works odd hours and cannot be reached. Cannot get hold of manager terrible business ethics .
