Amazing staff and care.
Trying to get my credit back since they owe me money. How is it that they’re transitioning to a new system but can’t even refund the money that they owe me for the visit. My insurance already paid the office, it’s their fault for not posting that payment in my daughter’s account. Shouldn’t take up to two months to get my money back if someone was doing their job. Edit: it’s been more than 3 months and I’m still having to fight to get my money back! This is ridiculous.
normally love this office, brought my son due to a fever, first time seeing this Dr.Latham, diagnosed my son with an ear infection in both ears.. told me he would be sending a specific medicine, sent the wrong medication to the pharmacy.. asked if his fever doesn’t go down should i take him to the hospital he told me no. had to end up taking my son to the emergency room due to fever not going down. was told he has a very mild ear infection in 1 ear. was super upset to find out Dr.lathan sent the wrong medication from what he... read more
