This was the worst urgent care experience we have had. We arrived on time and after waiting for 30 minutes, we were told to go to a different location instead.This caused unnecessary stress and wasted our time when we already seeking urgent medical care. I would recommend keeping this place as your last option and looking elsewhere if possible!
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My child’s appointment was scheduled over a week in advance for 1:30 PM. We arrived on time, but weren’t even brought back until 1:45 PM. At that point, we were told there were two patients ahead of us, which, while frustrating, I understood and we waited with no communication till 2:27pm Finally, by 2:30 PM, another staff member came in and suddenly told us the provider now had 4–5 patients ahead of us.
