A friend recommended this urgent care to us and I'm glad she did! The staff was efficient, patient and courteous. Now I will be recommending them to my friends!
Gave my friend's kid a triple dose of Motrin. When Mom questioned them they doubled down and insisted they were correct rather than checking their math or showing any concern at all. Mom called her pediatrician to find out this urgent care did OD her kid. I'm actively working on getting this complaint to the right people since this place thinks it's ok to casually OD kids on meds and tell parents they are wrong when they question it. Don't bring your babies here.
Time and time again I keep returning to this location because the care and attention to my children are top notch!! I just can always be certain that no matter who ends up assessing my children, they will be attentive, patient, kind, and warm. I experienced nothing less today from Christina Greco. She was remarkable. With that said, my 1 & 3 year old were forced to wait in a room for over an hour in a Sunday afternoon. That is simply unacceptable. They NEED MUCH MORE HELP!!
