Absolutely DO NOT go there. You'll never get your test results; Dr. will NOT call you back; They'll keep transferring you between call center and the office; You'll be put on hold for however long their break must be.
Care more about patients than paperwork
The staff were very nice and professional. We were checked in quickly and seen. We are from out of town and needed to be seen for a possible sports injury. They can do X-rays and labs. Everyone was very helpful. Actual office was a little tricky to find. There is an urgent care sign by the pizzeria but the office is further back in the strip mall. Would recommend this urgent care if your in the area.
Had an 8am appt this morning at office on Del Prado. Arrived at 7:50 and doctor arrived right after me. Waited until 9:05 and walked out. Never saw doctor. Receptionist was beyond lost with new system. Not the smooth transition from IMA that was promised.
The nicest people work there and the place is immaculate. Very professional atmosphere. I was taken care of right away and was given great care and clear instructions. What a blessing to have this nearby. We just moved here from NJ and hadn't had time yet to obtain a new Dr. Before I got sick with a throat virus. Thank you Urgent Care!
I was visiting from out of town in need of medical attention. A friend referred me to Urgent Care SWFL. I was seen promptly and diagnosed so that I could start feeling better. wonderful professional staff of nurses and doctors. Highly recommend this Urgent Care
Been here twice. There's really nothing very enjoyable about being sick and having to go see the doctor...but this is definitely a good place to go if you need to. First, they are efficient. You can text them and they text you back when they're ready for you so you're not sitting around for hours with a bunch of other sick people.
