Receptionist needs a better attitude There is room for improvement..
Staff is efficient, and we are always seen and treated quickly and kindly. i highly recommend this urgent care

Extremely pleased with our experience. Wait time alittle long though. Dr. Herschfield was very pleasant & professional! Front desk (Jackie & April) super helpful. Kudos to Liz, Kelli & Eileen who saw to it my husband got excellent care. Highly recommend this place!

Longest wait times of any Urgent Care I have gone to in the past 2 years. I even left the last time and took my child to BCHC. If you ever get in to see someone, they are always very nice and treat your needs. They are losing my business for 2 reasons despite the convenient location > 1) Wait times 2) Billing - I never received 1 bill from them and now just discovered them on my credit report with an amount in collections. WHAT?! I'm beyond frustrated!
After waiting an extensive amount of time in the examining room. the PA gave me a quick listening to my lungs and then said its bronchitis and wrote scripts. Not friendly. Didn't listen to my heart. Waited another long period for the nurse to give me my scripts. It was an overpriced experience. Next time will go to the ER where more diagnostics are done
