While our primary doctor is excellent, my first call into the Radiology dept (formerly IMA Radiology) on Metro did not go well. After 15 + minutes of waiting to get to scheduling, the young lady told me she would have to transfer me to another person for the Nuclear Testing. Then I had to leave my number for a call back. never had this problem when IMA. Not a good start.
