I was in a car accident & called Urgent Care of SW Fla. The Medical staff took great care of me, the office staff was great and the Check-In Express was awesome! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
I walked into the Cape Coral location on 2/25/2015 around 6:00 pm and the receptionist told me that they were no longer registering patients. When their hours clearly say that they are open until 7 pm. After telling me this she walked away. She didn't try to give me any information on any near by hospitals or have any regard for my well being. I would not recommend this urgent care because they obviously do not care for their patients.
I have used Urgent Care Center Estero in the past. Just want to let you know how wonderful your new Check-in Express is!! I sent my text message and answered the questions and continued my work. When the message arrived that you were ready for me I drove to the office and checked right in. I only waited a few moments before I was called. This is a great feature! Thanks so much!
I have a ten year old who, when she was younger, used to visit your urgent care every time we came to visit Grandma and Grandpa here. LOL… Airplanes + swimming = urgent care… Now that we live here and she is older, I hope we don’t have to use you so frequently But I wanted to let you know that you have always been my parents preference for Urgent Care!!! We love you guys~ :)
