Highly irritated with this location. They have you fill out information online to make an appointment. So, I did that and included that I am a veteran and the VA told me to go to urgent care. I also included that my insurance is through the VA. When you go to make an appointment it specifically says, please wait for a confirmation email stating that they have accepted your request. Amazing Clinic. My entire experience from beginning to end was just too easy. Plus you can talk to a live person when you call.
This review for Anna !!! Very rude front desk and YELLING aggressively to the patients while wasting time and saying false information and lying to insurance company and to the patients definitely not going to come to this dirty place and of course NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Anna is Very Disrespectful to patients!!!
Everyone there was wonderful, kind, and helpful. Dr. Gottlieb was very responsive to all questions. I would recommend them for anyone needing support for either primary or urgent care.
