From the time we were officially checked in, we waited for an hour to see a doctor, 1 person was infront of us waiting. Staff wasn't rude, but definetly didn't get a very welcome feeling when you walk in, not a huge deal. However, the official diagnosis for our 2 year old was "yeah, I don't know, that's weird" and was told to use some Ibuprofen and Tylenol. When the doctor mentions it's probably the first and last time he will see you, it's never a good sign.
I really live going there Dr are great and have had no delay in service. Choose as my primary Dr and not sorry I did.
Highly irritated with this location. They have you fill out information online to make an appointment. So, I did that and included that I am a veteran and the VA told me to go to urgent care. I also included that my insurance is through the VA. When you go to make an appointment it specifically says, please wait for a confirmation email stating that they have accepted your request. Amazing Clinic. My entire experience from beginning to end was just too easy. Plus you can talk to a live person when you call.
