I love this urgent care. This had been my 3rd time coming here. The doctors, nurses, and even front desk people are so nice! Truly I'm writing this in tears. I’ve been coming to this urgent care for a while now, and every visit reminds me why I trust them so much. The staff is consistently kind, compassionate, and professional. Most recently, I was seen for a pain issue, and my doctor truly listened and took me seriously. He was kind, attentive, and extremely understanding. My husband enjoyed this urgent care facility. They were very nice and patient with him and did a very thorough exam.
Fully open — turned us away at 4pm well before close. Total jerks.
In my opinion, based on experience, is that this practice is not competent enough instill confidence. Prescription refills are frequently not filled in a timely manner. The pharmacy sends requests to the Doctor for prescription refill authorizations and later says that no response was forthcoming! One rarely sees a doctor in this office. I find having a physician's assistant ask me why I have come into the office, when I expect him to know why himself.
