Had a wonderful visit here. Radiologist, nurse, and admin staff were excellent and friendly. I like that I was able to get an early appointment online and they took care of us right away. I would highly recommend this urgent care place!
I have been going to this urgent care for the past about 9 years.
I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office with manager Lisa. The staff was disorganized and unhelpful. . They basically gave me three different information and I asked them to call me back to send me the referral. I called later and speak to Josh he said manager would call me back. However, when I asked his name he panicked and gave the phone over to manager Lisa. They’re so inexperienced and wasting people’s time on purpose. I chose Urgent care of Southbay as my primary care doctors because they are a caring staff and very thorough, helpful and thoughtful. And because they really care. My favorite doctor is Morgan Surfas. I feel a trust with him and having that with a doctor is very important to me. The staff and receptionists are wonderful as well. If you're looking for good doctors and top notch health care, I highly recommend them.
