I had an 8:30 appointment with Dr. Allard this morning. After sitting naked for 25 minutes I finally went out to see if she was coming soon. How can you be 25 minutes behind schedule before 9:00 am already that is ridiculous. When she finally came in she had an attitude because I had the nerve to complain that I have a job to get to also. The doctors and clinical staff are great, but behind the scenes ... Like another patient, I too have observed that the Compass Medical organization has become a money-making rather than patient-focused entity. I was told by a local doctor that physicians are expected to perform a certain threshold of tests in order to remain on staff. The billing issue that was referred to doesn't surprise me. Well I had a great physical. And during that visit I also had a small procedure (two minutes or less of Co2 spray) done to remove a single blood blister on my neck. I was charged for multiple skin tag removal surgery after being told it "wouldn't be nearly as much" as the failed laser treatment cost I had paid elsewhere. IT WAS ALMOST DOUBLE!! It's a good facility, but I miss having a doctor I can feel completely comfortable with! I haven't had a doctor like that since Mary Hanson,NP! I felt like I could say anything to her! And I trusted her fully! I really miss that and her!! Don't know if I'll ever find another dr like her!!!
I love my Dr Marci Hersh and her staff are the best. They make you feel comfortable. No rushing. My Dr is phenomenal I love her. Since my late twenties early thirties she has been my Dr.
The best staff is here with Dr. Seiler.They always greet me and treat me with respect,friendliness and make me feel welcomed every time.I can talk to Dr Seiler and he listens and always gives good advise.I will always come here for my medical needs.Thank you Dr.Seiler and staff.
Worst , most incompetent people I have come to know. This was a terrible experience, it took me to get it through 4 employees heads I wasn't there for a physical . There is no communication, I told the nurse at the front desk I didn't need blood work because the doctor didn't tell me I needed it, and she gave me attitude stating "it's just blood work not a big deal."
