Absolutely horrible practice. Zero regard for patient comfort. Try signature healthcare. Actually, try anywhere but this place.

I can’t believe what I experienced today. If I don’t hear back, I’m filing with the BBB. Business office staff huffing and puffing while they were billing 2 insurance policies at once in error because they didn’t unlink one? I’m the one with a letter in the mail from an insurance company saying that they won’t pay because coverage ended over a year ago. I get it’s an error, but I have a right to ask questions on why I have 2 companies being billed at same time. A response of don’t worry, you’re not paying, is not appropriate... read more
I made an appointment to see Carolyn Mudd over a month ago. I was told when I went in today for my appointment that it had been canceled. The receptionist asked if anyone contacted me to let me know. I don’t understand how an appointment can be canceled and not rescheduled without the patients consent. Very disappointed and have to change my schedule now so she can see me again next week.
treat people instead of telling them to take over the counter meds. stop taking my co pay telling me to come back in a week.
I have had only positive experiences with this office and I absolutely love Heather Losee NP and Dr. Marcy Hersh. They both take time to really listen to you in the office and will take the time to call you at home if necessary.
Really great practice. Easton Physical Therapy in the building. Very friendly and thorough intake and eval post surgery.
