I’ve been here a few times and other than always having to wait on a doctor to actually get there, our experiences have been ok. Unfortunately that was not the case last night. My 4 yr old grandson was taken in for stitches on his lip. (Yes, should be gone to ER but with COVID we were hoping Urgent Care could help. The lady at front was nice, but Dr Williams was not. I brought my 4 year old in yesterday to get some stitches on his lip. I’m aware we should have gone straight to the ER, but the urgent care was right down the road and I was trying to avoid the ER with COVID. The lady we dealt with was pleasant, but the doctor was not. He had no personality and brought no comfort to a panicked kid. You could tell he was getting flustered with how my son was freaked out and kept coming in and out of the room while my sister, father, and I all tried to restrain my son. RecommendedBest service I had ever received in a medical situation even being an urgent care facility. I drove all the way from Georgetown to Whitemarsh on recommendation of a friend and was glad I did. Brooklyn and Dr Chris had me in and out in less than 40 minutes. Totally worth the drive for care here even if you don’t live nearby.

24/7 in the name, not even opened 24/7. Garbage
Very thankful to urgent care for diagnosing that my husband was having a heart attack and got EMS there right away to take to hospital. Because of them sending all info to hospital before he even got there, they were waiting on him and took straight back to put stents in. Even called to check on him the next day. Went there when I was sick with vomiting, fever! They are very friendly people, caring too
We were able to get in right away today to get our son flu tested. The nurse was so compassionate towards son’s special medical needs. I was extremely impressed!!
