Absolutely ridiculous that any other day you accept Aetna insurance but not today because the doctor that is there doesn't accept it... Not everyone can travel to shippensburg.
It's Christmas Eve, so I get that no one wants to work. But you picked the field you work. My boyfriend went to be seen. While sitting in the room he could hear the doctor talking negatively through the wall about him and what he was being seen for. After paying $75, he was disrespected by the doctor, was not looked at and left with the worst experience ever.
I've had chronic sinus/allergies for over 40 years n know when i have n infection ..they blew me off n blamed it on smoking n said return in 2 weeks if not better. Never again
I went in feeling horrible and the staff was so friendly and comforting. I would highly recommend!
Their customer service is awesome,they get you in and out staff is very professional the doctors are very informal I believe they probably have the best doctors more than the practices that we have around here. I've been there my third time and all three times my experience was awesome.
Got us in and out with no problem. They even had my antibiotics on hand so I didn't have to find a pharmacy, hubby and I are truckers so it's hard to find stuff like that.
Treated with care, kindness and quickly!! No complaints here!
