They were very patient with me as I sat in an exam room for an hour waiting to give them a urine sample.
Definitely recommend Chambersburg Urgent Care!! After being turned away at Med Express because she did not own a credit card, my mom who was actively bleeding and has full insurance coverage was brought here. We made the hundred percent right choice! They took her back immediately without worrying about insurance first, had an amazing doctor and staff, and gave her top-notch care! After dealing with a few run arounds and being given misleading information by the receptionist, a very kind lady named Heather who is the manager of this facility came out to talk to me and made me feel much better about my situation. It is nice to know that at least one person there has a heart and knows how to talk to patients professionally as well as understanding peoples' situations. Left work early to go to Urgent Care. The MD came in the room before the nurse even had a chance to get my VS. Asked me when my symptoms started. I said, last night. He checked my throat and ears but didn't even press where my sinuses are or give a look. He said, so why are you here? You have symptoms less than 24 hours.
